The SAFe® Practice Consultant (SPC) certification is an advanced program designed for experienced Agile professionals who want to lead and implement SAFe® across complex enterprises.

This four-day instructor-led training focuses on Lean-Agile leadership, SAFe® principles, Agile Release Trains (ARTs), PI Planning, and portfolio execution. Participants learn how to train SAFe® courses, coach leaders and teams, and successfully guide organizations through sustainable Agile transformation.

Prerequisites and Eligibility

Who Can Join
Experienced Agile professionals, consultants, and leaders responsible for enterprise transformation.

Recommended Knowledge
Strong understanding of Agile, Lean, and Scrum practices. Prior SAFe® experience is strongly recommended.

Certification Credits
Earn PDUs and SEUs toward professional certification renewal.

SAFe® Practice Consultant (SPC) Certification Exam

  • Exam name: SAFe Practice Consultant
  • Language: English
  • Format: multiple choice
  • Exam delivery: Web-based (single-browser), closed book
  • Duration: 120 minutes
  • Number of questions: 60 questions
  • Passing score: 45 out of 60 questions correct (80% score)
  • Exam cost: The fee of the official first exam is included and must be completed within 30 days of the training.
  • Retake policy: Didn't pass the exam the first time? Nothing to worry about. It’s possible to do a first retake immediately after the initial exam. The second retake requires a 10-day wait, a third attempt can be held 30 days later. Each retake costs $250. Please contact support@scaledagile.com for questions regarding the retake policy.
