Award Categories:

We’ve curated 5 categories that are open for nominations. These reflect the dynamism and contributions within the Agile community:

1. Agility Pioneer Award: Someone who has demonstrated leadership in implementing Agile practices that have significantly impacted their organization or the industry.
   Requirement: Senior level
2. Community Catalyst Award: Celebrating individuals who’ve built and energized Agile communities, especially on social media, through impactful engagement and connection.
3. Emerging Agile Leader: Someone with a few years of experience but already has a significant impact on Agile practices within their organization.
4. Agile Thought Leader Award: Someone with a strong presence in the Agile community through publications, talks, or other forms of thought leadership.
5. SAFe SPC Award: Honoring SPCs who’ve made significant contributions to Agile transformation, driving impactful change and fostering high-performing teams within their organization.
6. Agile Transformation Leader: This award honors those who have effectively implemented Agile strategies, fostering a culture of adaptability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Through their vision and commitment, they have made a significant positive impact.
7. Agile Organization of the Year: This award honors organizations that have fully integrated Agile principles into their culture, resulting in enhanced collaboration, innovation, and business agility.
   

1. Happening on: 30 November i.e end of Day 2 of SCAIN & SPC Leadership Summit
2. Submission Deadline: The last date to nominate is 31st October, 2024. If selected, you will be informed via email along with a phone call.

4. Clear Demonstration of Impact: Highlight measurable results and specific contributions to Agile transformation, team collaboration, and business outcomes.
5. Alignment with Award Criteria: Make sure your achievements align with the specific award category criteria and clearly articulate how they exemplify Agile principles.
6. Supporting Evidence: Include any relevant metrics, testimonials, or case studies that demonstrate the effectiveness of your Agile practices.
7. Adherence to Ethical Practices: Ensure all submissions and claims adhere to ethical standards and truthful representation of your contributions.
