Facilitate, execute and improve your company’s Agile Release Trains

SAFe® Release Train Engineer Certification is a three-day course cum certification program that prepares you to be a servant leader and a coach for the Agile Release Trains (ART) to deliver value.

The Release Train Engineer (RTE) in SAFe is a leadership role that goes beyond managing and optimizing flow of value through the ART. The RTE owns the ART improvement roadmap, communicating with stakeholders, escalating impediments, and fostering culture of continuous improvement.

What differentiates the SAFe RTE training at Gladwell Academy India?

The experiential learning during the SAFe RTE course here is surely going to invoke a mindset change. A change that moves away from directing specific outcomes to one that believes in being invested in the overall performance of the program. During the course, you would learn how while continuously aligning a large program with its own challenges, you could also identify unique opportunities to enable your organization to thrive with Business Agility.

The content fully matched with my expectations. Besides that, I was impressed by the knowledge level and training capabilities of the trainer.

Our Release Train Engineer courses are taught by one or two SPCTs (SAFe Program Consultant Trainers). These inspiring trainers are consultants who are active in the field and have extensive SAFe experience in training and implementing SAFe at large organizations.
