Meera is a trainer at Gladwell Academy India. She is an Engineering Leader with 30 years of experience, known for delivering business results with passion and self-discipline through synergy of people, process and technology. Her major strengths include developing innovative and sustainable products with focus on design thinking and quality. She has also been building leaders & teams by inculcating a culture of trust, spirit of collaboration and inspiring to perform.
Since May 2018, she has been training, coaching and facilitating organizations on SAFe and Lean Six Sigma implementation. She is a certified SPC and an Enterprise Agile Transformer. She has trained 200+ professionals from different industries internationally on SAFe. She has played the roles of a Quality Leader leading the Global Process & Quality COE covering 45 global sites with 850+ engineers across USA, UK, Germany, Italy, India and China.
Also, as a Master black Belt with focus on Lean, she has trained 60+ Green Belts, established SDLC processes, practices and performance metrics with achievement of 2x–5x improvement.
