Key Account Manager – ASIA

We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to take the ownership of Gladwell’s business endeavours in ASIA. The ideal candidate has demonstrable experience in the sales field, skills to develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients and a strong understanding of driving business efforts locally.

What exactly are we looking for

The Key Account Manager is responsible for Asia market to identify and close a wide range of Agile training & coaching/consulting products.  This position needs to win clients from the outset with little ramp up time. A strong balance of skills is required in creative solution development, opening new doors, winning back business and relationship building. Knowledge about Agile/ Scrum is a plus.


Responsibilities Key Account Manager

  • Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key clients needs and requirements
  • Expand the relationships with new and existing clients by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
  • Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to clients in a timely manner
  • Serve as the link of communication between key clients and internal teams
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by clients and deal with complaints to maintain trust
  • Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders/partners using key account metrics


What you bring to the team

  • Proven experience as Key Account Manager in leading B2B sales and proven ability to deliver or overachieve on revenue targets
  • Experienced in maintaining customer relationships and customer retention techniques
  • Experience in the leadership of customer account growth
  • Strong leadership and sales performance management experience
  • Ability to develop relationships at senior levels and manage high value accounts
  • Strong interpersonal skills, confident personality, high level of enthusiasm
  • Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
  • Experience in managing CRM HubSpot is a plus
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • The Key Account Manager is required to have a bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Management, Communications, Marketing, Customer Relationship Management, Business Administration or any other related field. An equivalent of the same in working experience is also acceptable.
