Gladwell India ramps up the effort

With two years of experience and a rapidly growing presence in India, Gladwell Academy has decided to expand its India team with a dedicated Marketing and Sales department. After Agility gurus and longtime friends Anand Murthy Raj and Sathyanarayana H R, now Mansi Mansharamani and Anoop Upadhyaya have also joined Gladwell India. Ambition hangs thick in the air…!


Both Mansi and Anoop have extensive experience in bringing Agile practices to the market: Mansi leverages many years of hands-on experience with building multiple-teams campaigns, helping startups clock first sales across the domains of consulting, training and conferences. Anoop is deeply involved with the substance of Agility, promoting Agile trainings since 2010.

He says: “People know quite well that Anand Murthy Raj is a thought leader for corporate Agility, but the fact that he works with Gladwell Academy is less known to them. To get the Gladwell Academy brand top-of-mind with Indian professionals is what Mansi and I are working towards.”


Focus cities

Focus for the time being is on several cities: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, New Delhi and Pune, where our trainings are also doing quite well. Regarding courses the effort focuses on SPC, SAFe Dev/Ops, SAFe for Scrum Masters and other SAFe-related content.

While Mansi is based in New Delhi and Anoop is based in Bangalore, the two operate as a tight-knit team, working with Anand Murthy Raj and Sathya H R, with Kiran Kaur Singh as their main contact on the Dutch end.

From Delhi to Bangalore

Mansi mainly busies herself mainly with in-house trainings and marketing for the Asia Pacific region, as well as with coaching and consulting. Meanwhile, Anoop looks primarily to the open enrollment channels. The team convenes regularly over the web, with as the most successful connection tool.
