Kanban System Design (KMP2)

Kanban Management Program II explores how to maintain momentum in a multi-team organization after implementing a successful Kanban system, focusing on the complex requirements of such a system.

This training course offers in-depth coaching in Kanban practices and the principles that underpin the Kanban method and also it will help you determine which Kanban initiative is the best fit for your organization, as well as how to effectively manage and evolve it over time.

No Exam. Two days of training attendance are required for this course, and a certificate will be granted upon completion.
